Job Summary:
StarNursing is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining effective HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, conducting welcome sessions, and ensuring necessary documentation is completed.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all employee information.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Policy Implementation: Help in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Support employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters, fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Training Coordination: Assist in coordinating training and development programs, and tracking employee participation and feedback.
- Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Event Coordination: Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events to promote a positive company culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
